Moral Charter

   

Those who work for Hermes have taken an oath to observe the following ethical rules and regulations based on the framework of the Lord edification and with an aim to achieve his satisfaction and to prefer his approval over others’. Hermes staffs do their best not only to observe the following rules by themselves but also to motivate others to remark them. Hermes rules are as follows:

*  Considering discipline as the prominent factor in achieving the goals of Hermes thus paying ceaseless heed to it.

*  Respecting the right of the clients, partners and suppliers and regarding it as their responsibility, doing their best in presenting the services with the highest quality, without any dereliction of the duty.

*  Observing all financial and moral rights of both Hermes and its clients, avoiding doing anything against it.

*  Considering that all moral and financial rights of Hermes are reserved and neither during the period they work for Hermes nor while they may not, doing anything to harm Hermes, its clients, partners, suppliers and personnel in either moral or financial way.

*  Observing the Lord satisfaction and the right of the people, avoiding doing anything against the Hermes, its clients, partners, suppliers and personnel in either moral or financial way.

*  Regarding honesty as their priority and avoiding deceiving others or telling lies.

*  Observing the Lord satisfaction and the right of the people, avoiding doing anything against the two in following the schemes and presenting the services.

*  Getting use of their knowledge, skills and experience to improve the level of generally useful sciences and technologies for improving humanity and peace and presenting their services with the highest quality and through a proper modern way.

*  Preferring international benefits on personal benefits, in a case of conflict between them

*  Preferring long-term success of company on short-term benefits

*  Valuing and welcoming all criticisms provided by the addressees considering them as the key to making progress and upgrading the activities.
